Senior Research Associate - University of Cambridge

The University of Cambridge is looking to recruit a senior researcher position to play a key role in the Global Diet and Activity Research (GDAR) Group and Network, an initiative funded by NIHR and led by the MRC Epidemiology Unit.

The GDAR initiative is being taken forward through a Cambridge-based Group, which builds on the internationally-recognised Centre for Diet and Activity Research (CEDAR), and a Network of research partners in LMIC settings i.e. South Africa, Cameroon, Kenya and the Caribbean. The post holder will engage and support the research being conducted across the Network to drive the process of developing scientific outputs and to share expertise and realise synergies.

Ideally you will have experience of research in diverse settings into population-level determinants of diet and /or physical activity, which will include the use of quantitative and / or qualitative data collection, data management and running analyses. Applicants with research interests relevant to any aspect of the GDAR research agenda are encouraged to apply.
