Wellbeing of Healthcare and Hospital Workers During and After the CV-19 Pandemic

A research team at Northumbria University are currently conducting a UK-wide survey on the wellbeing of healthcare and hospital workers during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. All staff working in a UK hospital are eligible to participate. It is a mixed-methods study and explores wellbeing from several perspectives, including mental health and what is working to enhance wellbeing during the pandemic. There are two time-points for the study: now and early next year (depending on the trajectory of the COVID-19 pandemic). Ethics approval has been obtained from Northumbria University and the Health Research Authority/NHS determined they did not need to give approval for NHS staff to participate.

Do you work in a hospital? If so, you are invited to complete a survey in the study on the wellbeing of healthcare and hospital workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. All staff who are working in a UK hospital are invited to complete a survey on wellbeing. The survey takes about 7-10 minutes to complete.
