An opening exists for an experienced and enthusiastic researcher to lead the behavioural science input to a project investigating how to activate urban communities to facilitate the role of social/health services and of families in dealing with mild cognitive impairments (MCIs) and frailty in the elderly population. Funded by the European Commission (Horizon2020) and involving 16 multi-disciplinary international partners, this project will use behaviour change theory and evidence to inform development of interventions using digital technologies (e.g. smart-phones, wearable devices etc.) to aid early detection of risk factors associated with MCI and frailty in the elderly.
