Each Centre will be designated a display area within the Osler Room consisting of:

• 1 double poster board (2 front facing sides).  The boards are 2.5m high from the floor with grey background x 1m wide and hold up to poster A0 (portrait)
• Up to 2 resource / display tables ( 6ft each) with 2 chairs and power per table

Due to the nature of this event, there will not be an abstract call, rather it is being left to each centre to decide what materials they would like to display to showcase and promote their area.

To note:  the Osler room will be the main breakout area for refreshments and lunch.
