IHS and Newcastle Law School are hosting a joint conference on 25th April 2019.
The conference is called ‘Want disease, ignorance, squalor and idleness: Beveridge’s five giants revisited from a human rights perspective’ and will focus on health inequalities and human rights in relation to food, housing and long term care.
This is aimed at academics, public health practitioners and policy makers. The programme is currently being finalised.
