The EQUADEM network plus is a national group committed to finding solutions to inequalities facing people living with dementia and their families. The network are hosting a North Eastern regional event with particular focus on finding solutions to addressing the issue of the postcode lottery of care where families experience different levels of support and care depending on where they live.
