Focusing on national and regional food poverty perspectives
This Fuse QRM provides an overview of food insecurity in North East England and nationally, with a particular focus on COVID-19.
Our Keynote Speaker is Dr Rachel Loopstra, Lecturer in Food Nutrition, King’s College London. She spoke about vulnerability to food insecurity during COVID-19. Following her presentation, Neil Munslow, Service Manager, Active Inclusion for Newcastle City Council, discusses the impact from his perspective, with members of Fuse providing ‘bitesize’ insights into their work.
It is co-badged by the Fuse Complex Systems and Health Inequalities programmes.
