Job opportunity at UCL’s Centre for Behaviour Change: Assistant Director

Hours: Full time

Grade: 8

Salary: £43,023 - £50,753 Per Annum inclusive of London allowance

An opening exists for a senior researcher and project manager with a strong interest in behaviour change and advanced research, leadership and project management skills to lead the activities at UCL’s Centre for Behaviour Change (CBC), which is directed by Professor Susan Michie. 

This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop the strategic direction and opportunities of the Centre for Behaviour Change (CBC). 

The Assistant Director will lead and co-ordinate activities of the CBC and have responsibility for leading on the Centre’s consultancy portfolio and financial strategy. They will work directly with the CBC director, under the direction of the CBC’s Advisory Board and Executive Committee, to fulfil its strategic aims. 

The post will support effective communication and working between CBC staff and provide day-to-day management of the administrator. You will be responsible for developing relationships between CBC and public, commercial and tertiary sector agencies.
