AskFuse Research Associate - Teesside University

Fuse is looking to appoint an AskFuse Research Associate to effectively assist in the management and development of the AskFuse responsive research and evaluation service (www.fuse.ac.uk/askfuse).

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to interact with policy and practice partners in order to support the use of research evidence in policy and practice, build local capacity in research skills and support the development of research collaborations in the North East of England and beyond.

You must have a post-graduate degree in a relevant subject area and you must demonstrate knowledge of public health context and practices and have experience of working in or with partners within complex and changing contexts. You must engage in practice-based research and have familiarity with a range of research designs and qualitative and quantitative methodologies. It is also essential that you are able to liaise and participate with internal and external networks to ensure good dissemination of research activities and facilitate collaborative work.
